4. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly stated on your invoice or proposal. In general, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover planning and setup time. Final payment is due once the project is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Website maintenance

If you have signed up for maintenance or ongoing support, we will handle updates, backups, and general upkeep as outlined in your package. We do our best to keep your site secure and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that your website will never face downtime or external issues outside our control, such as server failures.

6. Third-party tools and integrations

We often use third-party services and integrations, such as hosting providers and analytics. While we choose trusted, reputable options, we are not responsible for how those external tools function or for any issues caused by them.

7. Content responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials you provide to us belong to you or have the proper rights for use. We are not liable for copyright claims or damages related to content supplied by clients.

8. Limitation of liability

We always aim for excellence, but we cannot be held responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue, downtime, or data issues caused by third-party failures or misuse. That said, if something ever goes wrong on our end, we will always do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which you can read anytime.
